RIC3 Fam Frisbee has started a grassroots community ultimate program. We run open developmental sessions and play ultimate games that anyone can join in. We are developing a competitive travel team made up of players from our open dev sessions who want to play games with other teams that make for good, competitive, balanced games where everyone can grow.
We are based on the principle of FLOW, living low-friction, adapting effortlessly, and staying present in momentum. On the field, it’s about strategic movement, quick releases and collaborative teamwork. It’s powered by reading the field—blending short resets and mid-range passes to unlock high-percentage deep looks while keeping the stall count low."
On defense, flow means playing connected as a unit. We stay active and low, using constant talk, smart switches, and dynamic help-coverage to shrink open space and disrupt the opponent's rhythm.
